Notes on Refund and Returning Goods

・お客様のご都合による返品・交換は承っておりません。

・商品に欠陥がある場合は交換いたします。商品到着後7日以内を目安に、商品の状態が分かる写真を添えてご連絡ください。確認後、代替品と返送用封筒をお送りします。不良品は同封の封筒でご返送ください。交換に伴う送料は当店が負担いたします。

・商品のお受け取り拒否や保管期限の経過により返送された場合も、キャンセル・返金は承っておりません。再発送をご希望の場合、再送料はお客様のご負担となります。
